What’s the parking situation?

Parking is a bit tough in Saugatuck and at our Inn, which is why we have valet parking. It also feels a little fancy, so why not?! Ring the bell at the front desk or text us when you want us to retrieve your car. There are NO in and out privileges - we must hold onto your key.

Each room includes 1 parking spot, and no additional onsite parking is available. Valet hours are from 8:00am - 10:00pm. Because valet hours of operation are limited, we ask that you coordinate with us if you expect to leave very early, or arrive super late.

The Saugatuck Interurban is a great way to get around to avoid spending all of your precious vacation time driving. It’s a shuttle service that’ll take you anywhere within their designated areas and they even have an app. What’s more is that it’s only a buck (or $0.50 for seniors and children!). We’d be glad to help you coordinate a ride.

I booked through a 3rd party site, do I still get amenities?

YES! Amenities at Park House Inn are unparalleled in Saugatuck: Breakfast, pillow spray, robes - you name it, we have it. Doesn’t matter who you book through (although we sure appreciate it if you book direct through our website)!

What’s your cancelation policy?

Standard Reservations (14-Day Policy):

  • Cancel by 3:00 PM EST at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund of the 50% deposit. (Example: If check-in is the 15th, cancel by 3:00 PM EST on the 1st.)

  • Cancellations made within 14 days will be charged the full stay.

All remaining balances will be charged to the credit card upon expiry of the free cancellation period.

Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain dates. You will be able to see this through our booking engine.

Policies are subject to change. We always honor the policy at the time of your booking.

Are children allowed?

Yes, little ones are welcome. Infants under 3 do not count towards overall occupancy and may be noted in Special Requests. Children are ages 3-17 for occupancy.

  • Rollaway/extra beds are not available

  • Cribs (infant beds) are not available
